Manhattan House. Sitting pretty in Upper East Side since 1951, this building contains 177 floorplans. Everything from a studio to a luxerious 4 bedroom apartment. Selling between 1,100,000 and 6,600,000 bones, renting for as much as $14,000. Some quality features are: indoor garage, children’s playroom, fitness center, doormen, concierge services, valet service, rooftop access and of course a spa.

But what really caught my eye was the ad in NYT (something I’ve been mentioning a whole lot lately, it appears). These shots of the inside – with a wall that is painted a Tiffany blue and a large bookcase – are what I’d imagine my apt to look like. Decorated by Rita Konig. Here’s some scans from 2008 issue of Domino of her tiny (400 st ft) home.
